STOP. before going any further this is one of our super scratchy texture sand items, our sand items are holy have rough edges and gaps, they are designed like this intentionally to be rustic and rough, each heart will have slightly different holes gaps and texture, but every heart has holes gaps and texture. These have been designed for gentle hands because the edges are particularly rough. They have a smooth base and a yellow moon with white stars set in the top.

The chunky heart works by being a physical item you move between your fingers, distracting anxious, worried, picking hands and giving you a tangible item to concentrate on. Neurodivergent  people tend to repeat a small act with their hands over and over again whilst concentrating, this can be skin picking, skin grazing pinching, anything that your body does without you meaning to, our orbs have been designed as a block between your fingertips and your skin, perfectly for repeatedly rubbing and popping in a pocket to take with you where ever you go.
