Terms and conditions at Jazshouse

At jazshouse the size, shape and exact description of each individual item is in the description. Our items are all hand made, each one is slightly different and we cannot guarantee items are the same.

We are not toys, we are small hand held fidgets designed for age 14 years and up. Our products are not safe for small children. Is it individually written on each listing, a warning comes delivered in your parcel and it is in our terms and conditions.

User conduct: at jazshouse we have the right to block or cancel any one from buying from us, we have a zero tolerance policy on abusive, derogatory, homophobic, discriminatory, racist or hateful language. We include our social media’s in this. If you harass us over email or on any social media sites we have the right to cancel orders. If we feel your communication is bullying, harassment or intimidation we will cancel your order and cease communication.

Cancelling orders: if you order and change your mind you can email us to cancel your order and we will send a full refund back to the original payment from shopify. If you email and your order has already been posted you have to wait until you receive your order and start the refund process via email, when we receive your items back you will get a full refund.

Delivery times:

At jazshouse we are a very small hand made business, we have a 14 day uk turn around, we often get orders out much faster however we do also hit that 14 days on busy weeks. When you receive your fulfilment email it doesn’t mean your order has been sent it means it has been packed. When you receive your tracking email it means it has been sent. If you are outside the UK, from your tracking email it can take 6 - 21 days to arrive depending on where in the world you are. USA and Canada parcels take around the 3 week mark from the day we post them.

Missing order: all of our orders are posted tracked via Royal Mail. Even if you haven’t received your tracking number via email your order has still been sent tracked. If your order doesn’t arrive please email us with your order number, together we can check the tracking and see where it has gone. If an order goes missing, after we have waited the time frame Royal Mail suggests, if the parcel doesn’t arrive we will send you a refund.

If you receive your order and decide you do not want it, you have 14 days to return your items. Please email us with your order number, the items must be posted back to us, we do not cover the cost of this postage, how you post them back to us is up to you. The items must be packaged safely and arrive back to us in the same condition they arrived in. We will not refund items that arrive to us broken. Once the parcel has arrived back to us we will send you a full item refund via shopify that goes back to the original source of payment.

if you return items after the 14 day window that have not been agreed via email with the admin team you will not receive a refund.

If an item arrives to you damaged you have 24 hours from receiving your parcel to email us photographs and receive a full refund for the damaged items back to the orginal source of payment. If you go over the 24 hour mark unfortunately we can not offer a refund as you could have damaged the items.

There are no refunds for custom items including items you have had made into charms.

There re no refunds for items bought as known b-grade items.

If you want to return a sale item/s it is only in exchange for a credit note to spend at jazshouse.com

If you reach 5 requested refunds / cancelled orders we will make sure your refund has been fully processed and you have received your money back, we then politely request you don’t make any more orders as our products may not be for you. After you’ve had that email any orders you choose to make after that will not be eligible for cancellation or refunds.

Customer data: any personal details you enter on to our website are held by shopify and not by jazshouse personally. We only send emails to people who have actively joined the emailing list.
